Load cells MD
The hydraulic force measuring devices are based on the principle of hydraulic transmission of power by means of a medium. The acting on the piston force is generated in a closed piston-cylinder System of hydraulic pressure that is transmitted to a display device.
Due to its robust design load cells are especially suited for changing locations, and anywhere a fast and reliable forces need to be measured, but also for fixed installation in machines and systems for the continuous Monitoring of the work process.
Standard execution:
- Pressure gauge diameter ø 60 or 100 mm in N or kN scaled
- The housing of the display device from VA
- Sizes of 160 N up to 1000 kN
- Measurement accuracy is ± 0.6% of full scale value
- All Force gauges are finished surface or stainless steel
As an accessory to the pressure gauges pointer, manometer protective cap, manometer arm and hose of up to 10 m are available. We also provide all other gauge types and electrical pressure transducer. For impact loading, we have throttle valves and shock absorbers in the delivery program. In case of unfavorable mounting positions we offer to the separation of the display device and load cell quick couplings. The traceability to national standards, a test report is available.

Load cell type MD-K
Hydraulic load cells of type MD-K can be used to work through their low height, primarily for the Setting and service. With a flattened cylinder, they are also used for the clamping force measuring vices.

- Measuring accuracy 1% of full scale with digital display
- Measuring accuracy ± 2% of device full scale with analog display
In the version with digital display device to the power supply network is independent on a 9V block battery. The front cover can be rotated by 350° and the display housing by loosening the connector axially adjusted.
